Please note: see return policy on FAQs page Botanical Crown eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If you are not satisfied or if you have purchased a subscription and wish to cancel the remainder due to dissatisfaction, please email info@botanicalcrown.com and a representative will get back to you with further information.  Do not discard or return goods without authorization

  • Once authorized, returns should be addressed to (return postage is required):  Botanical Crown, LLC, PO BOX 248314, Miami, FL 33124

  • For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via USPS priority. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us at info@botanicalcrown.com

Returns will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please note: Only products purchased on Botanical Crown’s website may be returned for refund. If you have questions about returns, please contact info@botanicalcrown.com

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at info@botanicalcrown.com

Please provide the order number along with your email address, phone number, and photos of the damage for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
